People, Profit, Planet & Purpose

Developing a management approach that places equal importance on ALL stakeholders of an organization, from shareholders and the C-suite to employees, customers, and the surrounding community.

Looking holistically at an organization’s financial and management system – including employee and customer satisfaction – to identify true cost of profit.

Determining where the organization fits in the greater ecosystem – and what can be done to operate in a responsible and sustainable way.

Building a shared vision for an organization – and garnering buy-in – among stakeholders. (Purpose is often called “the 4th bottom line” for its addition to the original 3 Ps.)

“Given these uncertain times, there will likely be a permanent shift in how many industries do business. Adapting and exploring new paths of how to do business will be critical to survival. The MBA@MBU provides the tool kit needed to be able to assess situations and find smart solutions to move forward.”
