Sociology

Learn to apply sociological principles and perspectives. Students of sociology thrive on the study of society and the improvement of the human condition. At Mary Baldwin, we focus on understanding and finding answers, providing you with a firm foundation in the social sciences. Sociology professors maintain an open door policy and often work with students in community outreach. You’ll also receive the opportunity to develop professionally through organized internships.
